Your email address is submitted to our mailing provider, Brevo, only after you affirmatively check the separate marketing consent box. Accepting the Privacy notice or the Terms is not marketing consent.

Brevo then sends a double opt-in confirmation email. Your address is not placed on the confirmed mailing list until you click the confirmation link in that email.

Records may include consent and confirmation information — such as the moment consent was given and the moment confirmation occurred — where this is needed to demonstrate that permission was granted.

Emails concern occasional EVILP signals, creative updates and community announcements. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe mechanism, and requests may also be sent to contact@evilp.xyz.

No purchased, rented or scraped lists are used. Addresses are never displayed publicly.
